TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum age of 2 years

  • Minimum of 10 participants for a party

  • An increasing number of guests is subject to availability, we recommend booking your maximum expected number

  • ***Tax and gratuity are not included in the price. A 15% gratuity will be added to your bill***

  • The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the party.

  • Bookings must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance of the party date.

  • 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required at the time of booking. It is applied to your total.

  • Final numbers and final payment must be confirmed 7 days prior to your booking

  • Parents & Adults are not counted towards the party participant count, They enter free to supervise & socialize. They can purchase day packages for themselves, food, and drinks at the front counter. 

  • FUNTANIA is a no bring your own (BYO) food/drink venue, only cakes & treats are allowed from outside. Also, if you have guests with allergies please let us know when making your confirmation 

  • Room access is limited to 1 Hr unless you purchase for additional hours.
